Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tc555 ("tc555", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tc555 website, mobile platform, betting markets, casino games, and all related services (collectively, "the Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the tc555 Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree unconditionally to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the tc555 Platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. tc555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior individual notice; however, material changes will be announced via a notice on the Platform at least 7 days before they take effect.

These Terms apply to all players accessing tc555 from Bangladesh and must be read in conjunction with the tc555 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and tc555. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional offer terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotional offer terms explicitly state otherwise.

Age Restriction & Eligibility

tc555 is strictly an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or access any real-money feature of the tc555 Platform. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of location, payment method, or game type.

By registering an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older as of the date of registration. tc555 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time — including at registration, at the point of first withdrawal, and at any later date if reasonable grounds for doubt arise. Acceptable proof of age includes a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use the tc555 Platform:

• Legal capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• No self-exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether imposed by tc555 or by any other gambling operator — that covers the tc555 Platform.
• Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended tc555 account under your own name, national identity number, or payment method.
• Accurate information: All information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. False registration details constitute a material breach of these Terms.
• Personal use only: You must be acting on your own behalf. Registering or operating an account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

Account Registration & Security

To access tc555's real-money features, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide a valid email address, a unique username, a secure password, your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number linked to a Bangladeshi mobile wallet or bank account. All fields are mandatory unless marked optional.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. tc555 will never ask you to share your password with a member of its support team or any other party. You must notify tc555 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account.

tc555 may conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of your account lifecycle. KYC verification typically requires submission of one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of identity: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 3 months of the request, showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of payment method: A screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used to deposit, or a bank statement from the relevant institution.

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a request will result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities until verification is completed. tc555 may, at its sole discretion, suspend or close accounts where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. In such cases, the outstanding balance may be returned to the original payment method after deduction of any applicable bonus funds.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on tc555 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tc555 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of tc555. You are responsible for understanding any fees imposed by your chosen payment method.

tc555 accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional banking options may be made available from time to time and will be listed in the Cashier section of your account.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction across all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Deposit processing time: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your tc555 wallet within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically received within minutes of processing.
• Same-method rule: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement.

tc555 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include re-submission of KYC documents, confirmation of the payment method, or a brief account review. tc555 will not delay withdrawal processing unreasonably and will communicate any holds to the player within 24 hours of the hold being applied.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

tc555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the point of the offer. By accepting a bonus, you agree to be bound by the terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

The following general rules apply to all tc555 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details.
• One bonus per player: Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times — including via duplicate accounts — will result in bonus forfeiture and may trigger account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the time period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are removed from your account automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Game contribution: Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Check each promotion for the applicable contribution rates.
• tc555 discretion: tc555 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect bonus being applied, tc555 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust account balances accordingly.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The tc555 platform encompasses both sports betting (primarily cricket — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — as well as other sports) and casino gaming (live dealer tables and RNG slots). The rules governing each category are described below at a high level; full game-specific rules are available within the relevant section of the Platform.

Sports Betting Rules: All bets are accepted subject to the prevailing odds at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. tc555 reserves the right to void a bet at any time if it is the result of a pricing error, a data feed interruption, or manifest advantage play. In-play bets are subject to a brief delay between placement and confirmation; bets placed after an in-play event has concluded (e.g., after a wicket has fallen but before the odds have updated) may be voided at tc555's discretion.

Casino Game Rules: All casino games — including live roulette, live baccarat, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and RNG slot titles — are governed by the individual rules of each game as presented in the game interface. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment operated in licensed studio environments. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is displayed in the game information panel.

• Bet confirmation: A bet or wager is only valid once you have received a confirmation receipt from the tc555 system. Bets that are not confirmed — due to network interruption or any other reason — are not valid and will not be settled.
• System errors: In the event of a software, hardware, or network error that disrupts the normal operation of a game or betting market, tc555 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Dispute resolution: Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or the outcome of a game must be raised with tc555 support within 72 hours of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered.

Prohibited Conduct

tc555 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any conduct that undermines the integrity of the Platform, harms other players, exploits the bonus system, or constitutes fraud. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one tc555 account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Bonus abuse: Any systematic or coordinated strategy designed to exploit bonus terms, including bonus hunting, matched betting using tc555 bonuses, or collusion with other players to complete wagering requirements at minimal risk.
• Automated betting software: Use of bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated mechanism to place bets, spin slots, or interact with the tc555 Platform on your behalf.
• Fraudulent payments: Use of stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to deposit funds into a tc555 account.
• Money laundering: Use of the tc555 Platform to launder funds of any origin, whether through deposits, wagers, or withdrawals.
• Collusion and cheating: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping, soft play, or information sharing in live dealer games.
• Hacking or interference: Any attempt to access, alter, or interfere with tc555's systems, source code, databases, or security mechanisms.

tc555 employs advanced fraud detection and risk management systems that monitor player activity continuously. Players identified as engaging in prohibited conduct may have their accounts suspended without prior notice pending investigation. tc555's determination in such cases is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 8.

Account Suspension & Closure

tc555 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraud or money laundering, underage access, self-exclusion request, technical or compliance review, or any other reason that tc555 determines in good faith warrants account action.

Players may also choose to close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting tc555 support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — for example, because you feel your gambling is becoming a problem — tc555 will activate a self-exclusion rather than a simple closure, which provides additional protections including blocking future registration attempts. Upon account closure, the following process applies:

• Outstanding balance: Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification and deduction of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements.
• Pending withdrawals: Withdrawal requests submitted before account closure will be honoured and processed through the normal payment timeline.
• Data retention: tc555 is required by applicable regulations to retain certain player account and transaction records for a minimum period following account closure. Refer to the tc555 Privacy Policy for details of data retention practices.
• Formal disputes: Any dispute regarding an account closure decision must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of the closure notification. tc555 will respond within 7 business days of receiving the dispute.
